Green Tea: Wondrous Drink

Green tea is made from the same leaves as black tea. Oxidation of the leaves is stopped, so that they keep their green color. Green tea has no calories but contains many minerals and vitamins. It builds up antioxidant levels.

  • It helps digestion by regulating bowel function

How to brew the perfect cup of tea

1. Put one teaspoon of tea per person into a teapot.

2. Boil the water

3. Allow the tea to steep

4. Strain and serve

5. Serve, if you prefer, with milk and honey
