Probiotics help to clean the colon and boost healthy bacteria in the gut. Fermented foods such as yogurt, pickles, apple cider vinegar, and other fermented foods are considered effective probiotic foods.
Herbal teas: Trying some herbal teas may assist digestive health via the colon. Psyllium, aloe vera, and marshmallow root are laxative herbs.

How to use:
