Make a vinegar foot soak:
In a basin, add a cup of apple cider vinegar and some water – 2 parts of water to 1 part vinegar
You can add a few drops of lavender essential oil, if you wish
Soak your feet for around 15 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of baking soda and soak for another 5 minutes or so
Use whatever brand of vinegar & baking soda that you choose.
After soaking feet, rub your feet with a mixture of Coconut Oil and a few drops of Lemon Grass Essential Oil.
